What Does this urine Test Result Mean?

Hi could you interpret my urinalysis result color:yellow transparency: slightly cloudy reaction: ph 6.0 specific gravity: 1.010 albumin: negative sugar: negative wbc: 3-6/hpf rbc: 0-3/hpf epthelial cells: many mucus thread: few amorphous urates: few bacteria: few Thank you

Understand your concern
Compare your urine report with normal urine analysis:

Color: Yellow__________________normal
transparency: Clear to hazy__________________normal
pH: 4.5-8_________________6__________normal
Specific gravity – 1.005-1.025______1.010_____normal
Glucose - ≤130 mg/d______________nil ____normal
Protein:≤150 mg/d__________________nil___normal
RBCs:≤2 RBCs/hpf___________________0-3____normal
WBCs:≤2-5 WBCs/hpf________________3-6____normal
Squamous epithelial cells: ≤15-20/hpf________normal
Crystals:Occasionally as a mucus thread ________normal
Bacteria:None___________________ few _____abnormal

So presence of bacteria in urine mainly due to bacterial infections.
It should be confirmed by Urine culture.
I will prescribed following medicine and advice:
Tablet septran plus nitrozolium. Tablet pyridium and syrup cidal.
Drinks lots of fluid and cranberry, orange and pineapple juice.
Always empty the bladder completely and do not delay in empty the bladder. Maintain pelvic hygiene
